POSITION: RESTAURANT MANAGER

Plan and create THAI specialty dishes and develop THAI recipes with food personnel to be used in THAI RESTAURANT

Maintain food and equipment inventories and keep inventory records.

Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food
-
Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries,
-
Perform some food preparation or service tasks
-
Greet guests, escort them to their seats,
-
Test cooked food.

Schedule staff hours and assign duties.

Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions

Schedule use of facilities or catering services for events

Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel

Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving; Keep records required by government agencies:

Investigate and resolve complaints.

Salary : $72,000/year

Education: High school diploma
-
Work experience: 1 year Restaurant Manager experience
